RETURNS

Purchased items can be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.

Return Policy:

• The costs for the return, including any applicable customer taxes, are the responsibility of the customer.
• Return shipping costs will not be reimbursed.

Important Information:

• Items must be returned in perfect, unused condition, and in their original packaging.
• This includes all components such as wooden boxes, sealed cords, or hard cardboard boxes, exactly as received.
• Returns that do not meet these criteria may be declined.
